Launch of ASEAN Youth Community

The school hosted two ASEAN ministerial delegates from Philippines and Cambodia; and youth leaders from the ASEAN countries as part of the inaugural launch of the ASEAN Youth Community on 8 August 2018. It is also an opportunity for SGSians to build a strong sense of camaraderie with the attending ASEAN youth leaders as they deepen their sense of reality, ignite their will to act and be change makers in their own communities. SPS Assistant Professor Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim (Ministry of Education and Ministry of Social and Family Development) was the guest of honor. The students had a fun time engaging both the Guest of Honor and the visitors who joined the school in celebrating National Day through the SGS Carnival .
